Accepting Orders and Security
When you place an order, we treat it as an offer to
buy. We will send an e-mail to confirm receipt. If we accept your order, we will
also send you a confirmation e-mail with your order number, at which point we
make a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept
your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will make an immediate
refund and e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know.
It may be necessary to refuse an order if it is
found that the prices shown are inaccurate, this could be due to mechanical
and/or human error.
In deciding whether to accept your order we may use
the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you, or which we
receive from any enquiry we may make with external agencies to confirm your
identity. This assists us to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions. If
we decline your offer on security grounds we may contact you to seek an
alternative payment method.
Delivery
Goods will be normally be delivered within 7-14 days
from receipt of order subject to the articles being in stock. If we are
temporarily out of stock, we will advise you of any delay. The majority of
orders however are dispatched by 1st class mail or courier service to any
location in the UK. Items that are sent by a courier service will be sent on a
24hr or 48hr service depending on their size and weight. Deliveries are only
made on weekdays. NOTE. Courier deliveries require a signature and we cannot
guarantee a delivery time slot during the day. If a Courier delivery is returned
to us because you fail to make arrangements to receive the delivery or collect
the goods then you will be liable for the return carriage costs we incur on your
behalf. In the event that we, or the carrier, are asked to leave a package
unattended, it will only be left on the strict understanding that it is entirely
at the customers risk, we cannot however guarantee that such a request will be
acceptable to the carrier who may still require a signature.
We will not accept liability for any package that
goes missing if the address details provided are inaccurate or incomplete as
defined by Royal Mails Postcode address file (PAF).

All Delivery charges will be based on weight,
however due to the changes, implemented by the postal authorities, relaing to
the size of a package, as well as its weight, there may be surcharges levied on
certain goods that are bulky rather than heavy. The same will apply to Export
orders where the Volumetric Weight (metric length x width x depth divided by
5000) is greater than the actual weight. Should this situation occur the
customer will be advised of any surcharge and will be given the opportunity to
cancel their order. Delivery costs for larger orders that require Road or Air
freight can be obtained through our sales dept.
Customised products
Any orders placed that have to be ordered in from
overseas suppliers, made to order or, at the customer’s request, require
printing or embroidery will not be subject to the same delivery schedule as
mentioned above, nor will they be subject to cancellation or return. No orders
will be processed without written instructions as to the method of customising
required and the detail to be added to the product.
Cancellations and Returns
Orders may be cancelled within 7 days if we are
unable to meet our normal delivery schedule or any critical date that you have
brought to our attention by way of the comment area in checkout. Orders may also
be cancelled outside of these times if agreed with our sales dept
Goods may be returned for credit if the wrong size
has been ordered or delivered so long as the goods have not been used, that the
packaging is intact and undamaged, still labeled and fit for sale, and you
notify our Customer Services dept by Email: within 7 days of receipt of the
goods. The credit will be by way of a refund less a 10% handling charge once the
goods are received back, the cost of carriage paid is non refundable.
As we are not able to cater for straight exchanges,
it will be necessary, in the event that an alternative size or colour is
required, for a new order to be placed to cover such requirements.
All Sale Items Are Non Returnable
Credit Accounts
If a Credit account is made available it is provided
on the clear understanding that any overdue Invoices will be subject to interest
being charged at an annual rate of 8%. It is also provided on the clear
understanding that title to the goods will not pass until payment has been
received in full.
Garment Care
Please note that many garments supplied will have a
high cotton content and, as such, may suffer slight shrinkage in the first wash
especially in warmer temperatures.Heavily dyed garments may also bleed in the
first wash dispersing any surplus dye and should be washed separately. It is
therefore imperative that care/cleaning instructions are followed accurately as
complaints will not be accepted if it appears that they have been ignored
